crizzy romano - coach

crizzy1.jpg

Crizzy Romano started CrossFit 4 years ago, and has been all in ever since. She quickly realized she could be more than a casual gym-goer in 2016 and started competing locally. She’s placed in the top 2% in the world in the CrossFit Games Open, with Regional competition just outside of her reach. When asked, Crizzy would say the number one thing CrossFit has done for her is teach her discipline and how to be passionate in all facets of her life. In her spare time she likes to eat chocolate chip cookies, play with her dog and spend time with her girlfriend and family.
